Hotel Room Block

Hotel Information

  • A courtesy block is available at Madden's on Gull Lake for $179/night (plus tax).
  • Speakers are responsible for their own travel expenses including any hotel stay.
  • The hotel room block cut-off date is June 9, 2020.

  • The information that was provided in your CFP is what we will use to market your session. If you have any changes to your session description or presenter information please fill out this form.
  • Please submit any session and speaker information changes by May 22, 2020.

Tips and Tricks for a good Presentation

  • Limit the amount of information on each slide
  • Do not use more than four colors in your presentation
  • Avoid red letters, which are difficult for some people to read
  • The best readability comes from high contrast of intensity
  • Rehearse your presentation prior to the conference
  • Checklist for Effective Presentations

Presentation and Handout Submission

  • Presentation and handouts are due June 24, 2020
    • Please submit your handouts in PDF/PPT/Word format.
    • If you are planning on printing your own handouts, please contact Grace Gothers at for information on how many handouts to print.
  • When uploading your PowerPoint and handouts, please name your documents in the following format:
    • Presentations: Presentation Title_Speaker Names_PPT
    • Handouts: Presentation Title_Speaker Names_Handout1

AV Requests

  • Requests must be submitted online by May 22, 2020.
  • AV Requests will be reviewed by MMGMA and will do our best to accommodate, but we cannot guarantee all requests will be made.
