Mark Fisher

Mark is very involved in the healthcare industry. He uses his extensive educational, industry, and volunteer experience to add value to his company, clients and community. Mark is the Executive Director for Associated Eye Care, and the Founder/Owner of Health Care Partners, a consulting firm dedicated to successfully positioning Health Care clients. He is also a Past President of MMGMA.

Candy Hanson

Candy Hanson is a program manager for Stratis Health.  She has been working with clinics and critical access hospitals on the physician quality reporting system (PQRS) and value based modifier program since 2013.  In addition, she has 25+ years of experience working in long-term post acute care settings and public health.  

She has her bachelors of science in nursing and is a certified public health nurse. She is also a graduate of the Leadership in Health Information Technology for Health Professions program from the University of Minnesota and is certified in practice facilitation.

Kristen Jacobsen

Kristen Jacobsen is Director of Marketing at Apex Revenue Technologies, which provides products and services for personalizing healthcare patient billing communication to improve outcomes.

Charles Killmer

Charles Killmer is an expert in IT Security. As Netgain's Security Officer, Charles works closely with practices throughout the United States to design secure computing environments that fit their business needs. With more than 16 years of experience ranging from programming to management of virtualization infrastructures, Charles has tremendous perspective on the role of IT Security in the medical practice.

Tammy Kritzer

Tammy is a principal at CliftonLarsonAllen with more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Professionally, she specializes in serving providers across all sub industries of the healthcare sector by providing strategic, operational, revenue cycle, and compliance related services. Tammy joined the firm in 1991 starting out as a healthcare consultant focused on revenue cycle, coding, and health information management operations.

In 2001, Tammy left the firm to join Mayo Clinic Health Systems in Austin, MN where she served many roles including Compliance Officer and Revenue Cycle Director, Vice President of Operations as well as an Operations Administrator. During her time at Mayo she expanded her areas of expertise to include:

  • Population health; support and implementation of team based care delivery models focusing on standardized patient experience and outcomes
  • Clinical operations oversight and improvement; service line planning
  • Strategic planning
  • EMR deployment and enhancement
  • Physician recruitment and retention
  • Physician compensation modeling based on productivity and quality outcomes
  • Compliance and Integrity program development and oversight
  • Joint Commission
  • Performance improvement including Baldrige and LEAN
  • Support of building projects including space planning and redesign
  • Revenue cycle operations

Tammy returned to CLA in 2015 to serve clients across the healthcare delivery spectrum. In addition to supporting client efforts related to strategic planning, operational improvement, and revenue cycle enhancement, she brings enhanced capabilities to support population health planning and service redesign to healthcare clients during this transformational period in healthcare.

Andrew Leintz

Since 2013, Andrew Leintz has been the Director of Business Development for DAYTA Marketing, a social and digital marketing company in Central Minnesota. Andrew is responsible for forming strategic partnerships, public speaking and overall business growth. Andrew is an accomplished speaker and has had the privilege to present for numerous associations, including the National Golf Course Owners Association (NGCOA), Central Minnesota Builders Association (CMBA), Greater St. Cloud Development Corporation (GSDC), and Central Minnesota Wedding Association (CMWA). He is skillful at applying strategic social media solutions to specific industries, and enjoys educating professionals on the power of social marketing for their individual business.

Tina Nazier

Tina Nazier focuses her strategic knowledge, leadership experience, professional coaching, and analytical skills to help clients effectively address their strategic and operational challenges. She helps executives overcome the major issues that create roadblocks to reaching their full potential.

David Schuh

David Schuh is a principal at CliftonLarsonAllen LLP specializing in strategic financial and capital planning services.

David has provided leadership and direction to organizations in the area of strategic financial and capital planning. He has completed numerous financial and capital allocation plans for organizations ranging from small rural hospitals to large multi-state health care systems. He also consults with a number of organizations on the design and maintenance of a formal, ongoing capital allocation process.

He has provided leadership to major financial projects including mergers of academic and community hospitals, physician and faculty reimbursement and financial incentive programs. He has extensive experience in the financial integration and analysis of hospitals and hospital based clinic services. He has prepared numerous internal and external use feasibility studies to support facility financing and investment. He has also worked extensively with financial and operational analyses around new facility and clinical program development.

Michael Sharpe

After starting his career at the Minnesota Attorney General’s Office, Michael moved to the Allina Health System where he created and led the real estate department. As a lawyer with both MHA and MBA degrees, Michael is able to assist his Clients to both develop and implement real estate strategies.

Robert Thompson

Robert S. Thompson, JD, MBA, serves as Director of Education at MMIC and has a diversified background in law, medicine and professional liability insurance. He specializes in delivering patient safety and risk management seminars and has spoken at more than 200 venues to audiences consisting of physicians, executives, administrations and health care organizations trade associations.

Jody Urquhart

Jody is passionate about spreading the message of the importance of fun and meaningful work. A motivational speaker for over 16 years, Jody speaks at over 60 organizations and associations every year, and is a top keynote speaker. Jody's trademark is to deliver very funny motivational speeches, humour is a key part of her audience connection. A former stand up comedian, Jody ONLY uses clean humor and original content catered to the audience. Jody is author of the book All Work & No SAY. Her mission is to help motivate people to derive more meaning, fun and satisfaction from their work.
