Meet Craig Spilker


Craig Spilker


I am currently the Head of Product + Engagement for AMPT, and employee engagement platform. In this role, I speak throughout the country about ways HR leaders can motivate and engage their workforce. On top of these speaking engagements, I work with AMPT clients and their employees conducting leadership training and development workshops, core value building sessions, engagement and focus group surveys and much more.


Prior to AMPT, I served as COO for Lockr as well as having over 8+ years in executive management positions. Before the “professional world”, I also coached collegiate and international baseball for over 10 years. My time as a coach prepared me for a career in leadership and talent development, and human motivation alike.


I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, with a specialization in Social and Organizational Psychology from Doane University. I’m also a Dad (which is probably the best part about me).



Cancellation Policy: All cancellation requests must be submitted through the Cancellation/Refund Request Form 72 hours prior to the webinar to be eligible to receive a refund of the registration fee. Cancellations received within 72 hours of the webinar will not receive a refund. If someone has to cancel within 72 hours, someone from the same organization may take their place.
