Calling All Sponsors

MMGMA invites you to sponsor our 2019 July Golf Event at the Cloquet Country Club. This event is in conjunction with our Summer Conference and is a great setting to meet and greet MMGMA members and entertain prospective and existing clients.

All hole sponsorship assignments will be made on a first-come, first-served basis.

Signage on the course and acknowledgement at the evening reception.

Beverage Cart Sponsor (1 available) SOLD

Ride around on the beverage cart as they make the rounds. Great exposure for 5 hours.

Tee Sponsor (18 available) SOLD

Set up your presence on a tee box to meet & greet golfers as they make their way through the course. You determine how you want to entertain the golfers – treats, refreshments, games, etc.

Food

All food and beverages consumed on property must be purchased through Cloquet Country Club. Personal coolers and the like containing beverages may not be brought onto the premises or into the clubhouse.


18-hole Tournament Details

ALL participants (Golfers and Sponsors) will be together before the tournament starts. We will start at 10:00 AM with registration. Tee off at 11:00 AM. Registration includes an 18 Hole Green Fee, 18 Hole Shared Riding Cart, and a Box Lunch.


10:00 am – Golfer Check-in
11:00 am – Shotgun Start



Sponsorship Policies

Registration Deadline: June 28, 2019


Full payment must accompany order to reserve your space.


Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received by the MMGMA office by June 14, 2019 are eligible for a refund of the registration fee minus a $30 administrative fee. No refunds will be provided for cancellations received after June 14, 2019. No-shows will be billed for any unpaid registration fees.
