Some of the most significant changes to Medicare Fee For Service are on the horizon: The current Medicare initiatives of Meaningful Use, Physician Quality Reporting System (PQRS), and the Value Based Modifier Program (VBM) will be replaced by the Merit Based Incentive Program beginning January 1, 2019.
