Session Description:

 

There are a number of changes the Internal Revenue Service will implement in 2018 as a result of new regulations.
The most significant being the Tax Cuts & Jobs Act, which is the largest federal tax overhaul in 31 years. This tax act
amends and repeals portions of the Internal Revenue Code to reduce tax rates and modify policies, credits and
deductions for businesses and individuals. In addition, many provisions of the bill are complex and will require
guidance from Congress or the IRS for clarification on the impact to 2018 taxes.

switched gears and began a career in public accounting, initially with a Big 4 accounting firm. Dave cultivates creative
solutions to tax problems and challenges. He has experience with a wide variety of business entities ranging from
publicly traded corporations to closely-held family businesses, ensuring that their tax needs are fulfilled for both
compliance requirements and planning opportunities.
